Becoming aware of the scarcity mindset we have towards our wellness and creating abundance instead. We will progress through a process to understand what we truly want for our own wellness and what is blocking us from getting it time and time again.Â

2: Nutrition
Instead of diets that focus on what you can’t eat, this simple and easy approach will have you focused on what you CAN eat so you feel full, satisfied, and in control without ever counting calories or points or measuring food. Also, with Batch Cooking workshops and daily superfoods, you will be primed to head into the holiday season with tools to keep you going in the right direction.

3: Fitness
This challenge will be all about getting lean and powerful. As we age, keeping lean muscle MUST be a priority. New members will complete 4 weeks of focus with celebrity trainer Kelsey Heenan. 5 Days per week. Yes, you need dumbbells. Â
These full-body sweat sessions are fast, and effective. With four weeks of dedication, you’ll get stronger.Â
This is a faith-lined women's online wellness challenge that will anchor you and help remove the roadblocks that keep getting in your way.Â
For 4 weeks we will work to understand what we want and make real progress on our wellness.Â
